i bought a few monitors from them a few weeks ago....using 2 stackable coupons (hoping that I could sell em off on ebay for profit)...
well, couple weeks later....they go down in price like 60 bucks...
i call them....
they say they'll credit me 60 bucks back for each monitor =)
where as before, I wasn't making much of a profit (because every store started selling them for cheap - best buy put in a 100 buck rebate), now, I'm making pretty decent money off of them =)....
thanks dell.

yeah, they're pretty good about these things. I once had to called and reconfigure a system after I had ordered it. They cancelled the old order and put in a new one. The problem is that the new order date disqualified my rebate.
The CSR says, don't worry about it, I'll just credit you the rebate now. That took $200 instantly off of the price! Not only did I not have to wait for a rebate, but I saved the sales tax on $200. ROCK!

I think the window is within 30 days, in which you can still return it. They'll try to keep you happy until then.
