Are these any good? Did anyone ever pay list for them or are these one of those products that have a fake markup?

Looks like Gargoyles (http://www.gargoylesinc.com/) makes & distrubutes them for Hobie, so I'd say they're about halfway decent. I sure wouldn't pay $180 for a pair, but I'd say that $20 is pretty reasonable.
