women's mood swings

Last night I was out drinking and dinner with this girl. Her mood swings drive me nuts, which she claims is the old time of the month excuse.

As a personal request could all the gals who have these mood issues either:

1. lock yourself inside where no other living form can come in contact with you during this event.

2. Wear a warning sticker which will indicate that you are switching from a good mood to bad one.

Do any of the guys have any other suggestions?

Sorry, but there is no way to stop the mood swings. However, there are a few things that you could do to minimize the damage.
1) map the disturbances. Figure out which times to go into hiding.
2) play the hurt victim putting on a brave front afterwrds. It usually won't help you during the event, but will make your life a lot nicer afterwards.

Seriously, chart the time of hte month so you can be prepared for next time. heh, I know my gf's cycle better than her. A few days before I make sure I do nothing that would remotely generate a response.
