I've ordered from this place a bunch of times before. The only gripe many have is their shipping policy. It's $2.50 for the first disc and $0.50 for each disc after. However, if they ship discs separately from the same order (such as in-stock items with pre-orders), then it's $2.50 for each disc shipped.

However, I haven't experienced how they handle misprices. Guess we'll all see....

No, all I'm saying is that their policy states $2.50 for the first disc and $0.50 for every other disc after that. My shipping should be $3.50 and they're charging me $5.00

It's only a $1.50 difference, but it's the principle of saying something on your website (especially if you're a business) and charging something different.

That's all I was trying to say...

I signed up for the order and confirmed the $5.00 charge, then i check the email and it says i spent 33.48.. I am on the phone rasing hell with them now for charging my card that much without authorization..

I shop at their B&M all the time in Huntington Beach, not too much of a problem with them. We'll see what they do with mispriced items.

they recently emailled me saying basically sorry for the inconvience, but we had a mis print and cancelled the order.. So i guess i am not getting them at 5 beans

Same here. I'll give them hell if they don't send me an email :) Just because that shows poor customer communication :shrug: I could careless about the DVD as I am not a huge Tom Hanks fan, I mainly wanted to see how they would handle the situation and cancelling my order without emailing me isn't a good thing imo.

can't you just wait until they ship it, THEN take it up with your credit card company? then essentially you get them for $5.00 cause i don't think you'll have to return them...you authorized the $5.00 charghe not 33.48

Finally they sent a cancellation - "incorrect price". Along with that they are giving out a $5 off &30 coupon as a courtesy. ;)
