it's a great site where you get points...by buying stuff using their links. they have TONS of brand name stores...like dell and office depot. And if you buy through them...they give you points...where you can use to get yourself circuit city gift cards, or target giftcards. Just curious...15 pts for a survey, 50 pts for signing up, what's the return on pts? i.e. typically how many pts do you need for something like a $5 or $10 gift card?

Looking at the sign up page, it appears to be pretty straightforward. Is there some kind of referral bonus that you get if we sign up and mention you?

yeah...I do get some extra points for refering peoples, which is why i said I would send you a email. The points thing though. the points very from store to store. just a few exmples, target...you get a $10 for 1500 mypoints points. and for a like a Circuit city $50 gift card 6500 points! It's actually pretty great! they send you emails about special promotions that they have, and all you do..."read" the email, and click a link, and you get 5 free points for reading the email. And when you acutally do buy something from the internet, just give mypoints a checky, and go to the store through them, and you get like 2 points every buck you spend.

For example, I was buying a visor handspring, and I knew that handspring was doing the mypoints thing...so I got the handspring, and 300 mypoints to go with it! I really like it alot. I've gotten so many gift cards using the mypoints! And you can even get a mypoints credit card which you can use on ANYTHING and still get 2 pts per buck spent. I'm not doing it at the moment, but I'm sure I will soon. anywho...I should work for mypoints! And as far as mypoints being a stable company...I've been a member for like 4 years i think...so thats pretty much longer then 98% then most of the rest of the net!
