I think if the surface of your skin is still smooth and you suspect a "blister" ... it probably isn't a blister. Google for lesions or lepracy just to make sure it's nothing serious. :)

Could be a cyst.

haha, i'm sure it's lepracy.

actually, I was practicing Judo yesterday and sensei was using me half the night to demonstrate a throw (it was either me or the guy he was showing it to. not to many people last night). Anyways the throw he was doing made my big toe rub against the mat a lot. After a while I noticed my toe was hurting alittle bit. Then after the last throw it hurt a lot (hence the last throw). I couldn't put any pressure on the bottom of it what-so-ever.

It's really really strange. I've never had something hurt like that. There is no visible injury either, no swelling, discoloration, nothing. Though whenever there is pressure applied to the bottom of the toe, there is a very acute pain.

This sucks, it's my right foot and it hurts to drive. :(

it sounds like a bone bruise. it's fairly easy to do it and it's typically very painful.

Is the joint itself stiff? If so, maybe it just needs to be cracked back into place. Happens to me on occasion.

It might also be a contusion. I've had some deep ones not go away for weeks thanks to Judo :)
