I got a wintv go card about a year ago so I didn't have to take a tv to my dorm room. It did a pretty poor job. The picture had a scrambled look (wavey lines and such) more than half the time. I checked the cable connection and it was definatly the tv card.

Anyway, just a warning, you'll probably get what you pay for... not much.

I have this card as well. It's definitely not the highest quality. Caveat emptor!
