punk ebay buyer

so i was sold an old at&t nokia 3360 to some guy and i didn't check his feedback before hand was decent. he said he sent the money order on 6/30. since then, i've sent numerous e-mails to him stating i haven't received the money. this past weekend, apparently, he changed his e-mail address. i was able to get his phone number from ebay's "get user contact info" option. is it worth it to give him a call?

No. Just report him to ebay as a non-paying bidder and be done with it. Ebay will allow you to relist the item for free and they will penalize him as necesary. Dont bother with ebay scum.

I sold a camera once and never got an email from the buyer so I called and talked a female (turned out to be his wife). He ended up calling me back. He had been sending mail to chadInc instead of chadLnc. I sold the camera to him and he and I emailed back and forth for a while about photography stuff.

Highly likely that this guy is just scum, but mistakes do happen sometimes.

Yeah I would just let ebay know so you can get your fees back. Just make sure that you do everything within the little time periods that they have on their site so that they don't hassle you about it.
