Has any US President ever served jail time after leaving office?

I have to assume that the answer is yes since you're asking the question, most likely assuming people will say no. It's prolly one of thos minor presidents that you have barely ever heard of.

Nah, I doubt that OC would be asking a trick question.
I'm pretty sure that Nixon has been the closest to going to prison. I vaguely remember having a discussion about this in one of my history courses, and my instructor was of the opinion that--with the power to pardon resting in Executive hands--no president or former president has gone or would ever go to prison.

I'm going to say no, because no president has ever been convicted of a felony.
