I just signed up with these guys not too long ago, more recently made an Onvia purchase thru them. I distinctly recall seeing where I had over 2 weeks to claim reimbursement. I didn't want to do the reimbursement request till I was certain I didn't want to return the order, and requested the reimbursement after 7 days.

I am denied, because they say it must be submitted within 5 days. There own site says 15 days at http://www.pointclick.com/discount_details.jsp It does say 5 days elsewhere, but how is one to know which page of their site is accurate.

Anyhow, I now see where they are lowering their rebate from 10% to 5%. It looks to me like they are tottering on their last legs. Fortunately they only screwed me out of $11, but I suggest others not count too heavily on getting any real money back from this outfit.

Pointclick will propbably be history soon. Someone else said when they called about pending funds they were told that Pointclick didn't have the funds to pay them but that they were expecting new funding in the near future.

that would suck then, cuz i am expecting a 50 dollar reimbursement check from them next month, they better pay
