NBC is reporting that he has passed away. I'm sure there will be MUCH more info coming in on it soon . . .

The guy had a pretty damn good life and entertained millions.

Lucky guy.

I was talking with my father-in-law (former Marine Corps Colonel) and I asked him how soon did he think the Navy would name a ship after Bob Hope. He laughed and said it probably wouldn't be long at all considering his impact on the U.S. military. I would bet 6-12 months they'll make an announcement.
