Sabretts

what makes these the god of hotdogs? there is this Sabretts hotdog vender down from where i work and he is very....um....loud. he is from NYC, italian, has the big accent going, and he claims these are the best dogs around. can anyone tell me what these hotdogs have that others don't? anybody from the Big Apple got the scoop for me?

I'd rather just not have a hot dog at all. Do yourself a favor and never see the process of how hot dogs are made.

Its just that New Yorkers think that everything from Ny is the best. With some things they are right, with Sabretts they are wrong. I'll stick with Hebrew National.

On a side note, one of my friends from school was a transplanted New Yorker. He had moved to Florida when he was 6 but he still identified himself as a New Yorker. The funny thing is we were coming out of a bar one night and he noticed that a vendor was supposedly selling sabretts. He ran over there salivating at the very thought of these "king of all hot dogs". He shortly thereafter learned that the guy didnt even have any Sabretts, just the umbrella. The drunk fock started yelling about false advertising to which the guy said, I have Hebrew National, they are better for you and better tasting. My friend gave him the finger and went on his drunken way.
