Need Webcam

can anyone help me find a deal on a decent webcam. i need a simple one of good company(logitech,creative) without it doubling as a digital camera. My budget is around 15-20 bucks after shipping and rebates.

Is this deal any good for this camera. the camera has just 352 X 288 resolution
