This is just wrong. I had a cyst or weird infection that I noticed about a month ago. Figuring that its not that unusual to get something like that, I cleared it out and watched as the area returned to normal over the next few days. However I kept an eye on it and last night I realized that it came back again. I once again cleaned it out but realized that I had to keep an even closer eye on the area. Unfortuantely that area was normally covered by hair...so I had to shave it. Now it would have looked awfully funny to have one shaved armpit...so I had to shave the other. So damn it, I am sheared. :bawl: :ugh:

You should have said exactly where the infection was at the beginning -- I went through reading it thinking of the worst place :eek: ... if anywhere, your armpit's not a terrible place to have it, but go see a doctor why don'tcha!

aw hell shave em both. that way it will grow back evenly..sounds like you got yourself a sebaceous cyst there pal..which happens when the excretory ducts get plugged with junk (deodorant, powder, ingrown hairs)...keep an eye on it-those can get HUGE like big festering boils..don't use any kind of antiperspirant or deo on that area for a while, and try to keep it covered with a piece of gauze..and of course, clean it well with hydrogen peroxide to clean out the gunk. If you pop it, and then use deo on it, it will only cause the gland to stay infected. good luck.

So do I. The last time I was shorn was about 10 years ago when I did it for swimming. I will never forget how weird jeans felt, how amazing my sheets felt, the sting of the water after the fresh shave nor the itchy hell of when it grew back in. The sad thing is that I had to do that a couple of times during my high school career.

And if that wasnt gay enough, we cut off the feet on pantyhose and wore them while we were swimming to create more drag and prevent the sting.
