Please note: Your Free Sample will be sent by First Class mail. (We are currently back-ordred due to the high volume of requests, however your free sample will be sent out as soon as we receive product from the manufacturer). No free samples will be sent to associates of New Millenium (the manufacturer of Aroma Patch). Only one request per household. We can not ship if your request form has missing or inaccurate information. We will not send out a free sample to requestors who do not provide a valid e-mail address and/or phone number to confirm receipt of your free sample. We reserve the right to refuse any request.
