should i feel guilty or not?

someone i know gave me access to his webcam which just showed me his office and out his office window. i told him to point it at him so i could see him, but he wouldn't. so i log on late last night and see the cam is aimed at his office door. in other words i will be able to see him walk through that door in the morning.
so i did just that and SAW HIM. now i am feeling funny about doing it, like maybe i shouldn't have....but if he gave me unlimited access he knew i could check it out at any time....

also, since i do not have a webcam, is there a log or a way for him to know i was "looking" at that time?

there's usually a log (from my experience) of incoming ip address' whenever someone access your webcam. I wouldn't feel guilty. He gave you unlimited access, and you used it, it's his fault, you have nothing to feel guilty about.

Nah, don't feel guilty. If he is going to feel weird about it, he shouldn't have a webcam set up, IMHO.

Why feel guilty. He gave you unlimited access anytime you wanted. It's his mistake. I think you can keep a log of ppl who access your webcam but isn't that a 3rd party add on?

he is actually a nice looking guy. i don't know why he didn't want me to see him. but that is the internet for you - does anyone really know anyone for sure on it?

and i don't feel guilt. i just feel like he isn't larger than life anymore.
