It's your monitor that really drains the UPSes. You need a 500VA UPS with a 19" for 5mins.
I recommend APC Backups Office 500VA. Check out staples/officedepot/officemax. I have this one (http://www.staples.com/Catalog/Browse/sku.asp?PageType=1&Sku=474046&bcFlag=True&bcSCatId=3&bcSCatName=Technology&bcCatId=75&bcCatName=Power+Protection&bcClassId=141931&bcClassName=Battery+Backup%2FUPS) item number 474046 at staples.com
first thing i saw was 30 dollar rebate and i was like WOW! then a second later i see that was valid 3 months ago...
well thankfully i'm using a 15" LCD so.. that means low power consumption for me. without the $30 rebate it seems a bit pricey. how bout the APC 350VA BE350U 6 Outlet UPS (~$40)? it's the cheapest i could find on the staples site.. it's got 8.1 minutes of backup runtime vs 11.4 minutes from the 500VA.

I own one of those too, oddly enough. Works great for my small system (17" w/ P4)
