cookies (not the tasty variety)

I have gone to some websites and they have recognized who i am even though i went to internet explorer's Tools/Internet Options/General/Settings/View Files and selected all of the cookies and deleted them. Are there additional places other than this where a cookie or some sort of fingerprint is stored?

You also have stuff in C:\Windows\Cookies. Also, if you have Profiles enabled on your machine (basically if the Log into Windows box comes up), then you will have a Windows\Profiles\your_login_name folder, and that may also include a Cookies folder.
