We got Ernest Goes to Camp and Ernest Goes To Jail in the bargain DVD bin at Wal-Mart for $5.98. You may have to wade through a lot of crap to find these gems! :)

For the uninitiated, Ernest Goes to Jail is the best of the bunch.

Ya, I saw these at certain WalMarts long time ago. Although 5.98 + tax = ~$6.48 for an 8.5% sales tax, not much cheaper than here and they're really hard to find at the Walmart stores sometimes :)
