Yo guys...

I have heard that you can call customer service up and get your phone replace if it is broken.... IS that true?

Yup, just call them up on the 800 number.

Does it matter why the phone doesn't work? Do they give you all kinds of BS like the phone was dropped, has corrosion, etc?
