Dell Desktop w/o monitor

Looking for a Dell deal with no monitor and a good video card. I'm going to hook it up to my 42" gateway plasma.

Looking to spend maybe $400, give or take

I do, but there isn't really one that I want. And most come with monitors, or are lacking one big aspect that costs an extra $150 to upgrade.
