le_stick: Location of cards buried in next paragraph.

Even though I’ve never had trouble using one of these coupons on computer software before, yesterday I encountered a few minor problems. When the cash register didn’t automatically give the $5 discount, the clerk told me that the coupon applied only to Xbox, PS2, Gamecube, etc. and not to computer games. The store had even moved the location of the Gamer’s Gift Card jewel cases to the console games area when originally they were located between the console games and the computer games sections.

I explained that the software I wanted to purchase was merely a video game for a computer. The coupon made no distinction between computer and console platforms. She reluctantly did an override and accepted the coupon. I’ve seen people at other forums having the same problem so I’m just providing a heads-up as to what’s in-store at some BB stores.

Anyhow, thanks for the great deal. It would still be a good deal even at full price. Hmmm… maybe one should go to BB armed with
