Can't access websites?

After having a cable modem installed I am unable to access certain websites (i.e. hotmail, schwab, etc.), but I am able to access most. Any ideas what the problem is?

hmm.... what service do you use?
... don't know why that can be unless you have a setting on your browser or there is a filter your isp puts up but it seems illogical for that to happen.

Sounds like your DNS server sucks. Call your provider and ask.

I am carying AT&T,but I agree it doesn't make any sense. I contacted them and after spending too much time on the phone with them they cam to the conclusion that didn't what the hell was going on either. thanx.
