How to block web access to one PC but allow the rest using Linksys Router?

I'd like to know if there are features in a Linksys router that I can use to block internet access to one computer on the network, while allowing it for the rest (4 others).

I have a hub.

So plenty of jacks.

Should I make the denied PC have a static IP and allow the rest to use DHCP? Can I block web access to one specific IP that way?

does the system require networrk access? If not, simply unlug it.

What model router is it?

On mine you can filter by MAC address. Open the admin page, click advanced, then click the filters tab. If you see a button that says "Private MAC Filter", you're good to go. Just enter the MAC address for the computer you want to block.

I'll give you an easier one. Give him a static IP address and don't put the Gateway address in his config. That is what points him to the router to go to the internet.

I have this setup and a small business I service to keep a few specific machines off the web and it works like a charm.

But back to the topic at hand, I would go with SnotRocket's idea with the no-Gateway address trick. Its easily reversible, too.
