SS: Being on hold

I hate, utterly hate, being on hold. Thus far, I waited 30 minutes to talk to someone at UCSD about a bill that I shouldnt have gotten. The woman comes on, says can you hold....4 minutes later she comes back. Owe sir, you dont owe any money you paid by credit card. "No I didnt pay by credit card that visit I paid by check. I have had 4 visits" "Oh, let me check on your invoices. Please hold" Now its been 10 more minutes on hold. I swear she is having quickies or something in between talking to me! Maybe she is just checking Got|Apex!
