I've been playing this game for like 5 months now. Anyone else on these forums play it yet? If so, what are your impressions of it?

That's a WWII turn-based SG right? I remember seeing it somewhere cheap. How's the learning curve? Is it easy to get into?

The learning curve is okay. At first I was put off by the game because it seemed to be a little complicated.

However, there is a lot of depth behind the game. You have research options to go through such as researching tank hull sizes to military doctrines. I've researched all the way up to infared sights for my tanks while playing as germany.

You can choose to be almost any country but the main ones are by far more enjoyable. Warfare itself is about moving units to enemy provinces and then having the computer calculate the winner. If you're too aggressive you face the chance of getting overextended. Which can lead to disaster if the unit is cut off from its supplies. I've had a 12 division army get totally annihilated by a lesser force because my supplies were cut off.
