IE 5 and popup ads

I'm running win 2k with IE5. Now just recently I started having this problem where a top 50 site would pop up everytime I load IE. Any ideas about how to fix this? thanks -

its not set as your default site is it?

good call man, I got it ... freakin stupid site adding popup windows when I'm not watching ... thanks a lot tho. ... double argh. ... I should have figured one out.
