Perfect Circle's over my head

Can anyone figure out what's going on with their webpage.

apparently, there's some sort of "find the slug" contest or game. Scroll down and click on the blue slug (noted the 3rd slug) at the bottom. You'll be taken to the "3rd step." In all black letters, there's a clue written:

"Clue to 4th Slug: Look for a new slug when we celebrate the anniversary of The Truce of Picquigny .
Instant Message this page to a friend. "

Picquigny was 8/29, but I have no idea what they're talking about.

Does anyone know?
