well, that explains it. I was trying to figure out why I've been getting headaches more and more often, then today i started seeing flashing lights in the corner of my eye. My migranes are coming back. :(

Usually my first indication is a slightly dizzy feeling, followed shortly by the weird light effects you describe. Have you ever been prescribed something that worked well for you? (By "well", I also mean "quick" :) )

Nope. I was hopped up on drugs when i was a kid because of this and i didn't like it too much. My body is so used to stuff like ibuprofin it take about 800mg to affect me at all (interesting fact: at 800mg, it's supposed to act as a muscle relaxer). I decided a while ago to try and not take meds if i can do without. so i just suck it up and take the beating.

Have you tried to get some precription medicine like Imitrex? My gf gets bad migraines near her time of the month. One or two of those pills does the job. It's expensive if your health insurance doesn't cover it and she pays about 10 bucks copay for 9 pills. Without the copay its like a hundred.

Solution: Take finger out of socket...stops electical impulse causing twitches and lights in room from flashing :hihi:
