What would cause Word2k to crash under Win2k?

I've never had Win2k crash, but my wife, bless her heart, managed to bring down the behemoth. When I checked my event manager, all it said was the application caused an error and was terminated-no details...

Ideas...?


Uncrashability was the reason I installed Win2k in the first place. ACK!
