Hi all, OK I just got my first computer! Was webtv and now I need all the tech help I can get! LOL

Is that like part of MSN internet service or is that just something that comes on all computers wired for the web and is it free and how do i set it up.. OK Told you I need lots of help!
3rd, just managed to make windows media player work, not sure how that happend, would like to have music playing while i surf ..any ideas other than just turning on a radio? Trying to make this hting worth the purchase. LOL

Okay. . .
1. I don't quite understand your first question. Probably 'cause I have no clue what bluelight is.
2. Outlook express is an e-mail client program for pop3 e-mail accounts (such as ones given from isp services like aol, msn, and earthlink, etc.) It also supports hotmail accounts being that they are both Microsoft products. And when you say that "everytime I want to send email from my free email account it launches" Do you mean when you click on an email link like this one
[email protected] outlook express comes up? This is because Outlook Excpress is the default e-mail program. I'm not sure if there is a way to have your internet account come up after hitting a e-mail link. Actually probably impossible.
3. When you say you would like music to play what is the source? If they are mp3's winamp would be an easy program to use. But for better quality Kjofol is one of the best mp3 players. But if you want audio cd's the default windows cd player should do just fine.
Hope this helps you out some. Feel free to e-mail me or whatever if you got more questions.

Answer: Your question makes a number of assumptions. First of all what is Bluelight? Why not contact the Bluelight people to resolve your problem with their program or service?
QUESTION #2:>>> 2nd, what is outlook express?
Answer: Outlook Express (OE) is a smaller simpler email/usenet program for those who don't want to fuss over Microsoft Outlook's bells and whistles. It actually is a fairly powerful client if you use its rules or know VBA (that's VBA and not VB; I didn't make an infamous gotapex forum typo). As for utility, many people choose to use OE as their email program of choice. Others use Eudora Lite or Pegasus due to their greater range of features and support of colour options to help identify messages and folders (among other things).
QUESTION #3:>>> And everytime I want to send email from my free email account it launches. What is that connected to?
Answer: The system defaults to OE unless you change the default email program to something else such as Eudora Lite, Outlook, Pegasus, or another email program.
QUESTION #4:>>> Is that like part of MSN internet service or is that just something that comes on all computers wired for the web and is it free and how do i set it up..
Answer: OE is not part of MSN, it comes with your Internet Explorer (IE) and Microsoft Office which make use of it as their default email program unless you change them. It does not come with all computers unless you voluntarily elect to get a Wintel (windows & Intel)machine. Electing to remove IE and never installing Office may possibly disable OE, but most users choose not to after paying for Office.
QUESTION #5:>>> 3rd, just managed to make windows media player work, not sure how that happend, would like to have music playing while i surf ..any ideas other than just turning on a radio? Trying to make this hting worth the purchase.
Answer: Idea #1: Put in some of your CD music and play them using your windows media player. Idea #2: If you have a fast internet connection, you can also listen to 24 hour music and radio broadcasts online through your windows media player. Idea #3: You can visit websites such as the following to build up a VARIED collection of interesting sound/video clips. This is one of my favorite sound/video clips: http://www.eds.com/cat_game/game.html

Bluelight is Kmart's free internet service. Call the tech support.
