Irritating.... How does Internet Explorer decide what the default size is for the window? How to keep it from changing? Thanks.

It uses the last non-maximized window size. If you want it to remember a size, size a non-maximized window and then close it. IE should then open at that size when you next start it.

ever have the prob where it resets whenever u restart the computer though? i like having my IE go between full and about half the screen, except whenever i restart my computer, it change the size on me (so it's full, and almost full screen!), i have to set it to the proper sizing i want the first time i login. drives me nuts!

The thing that is irritating for me is when the window opens up almost maximized but not quite. Then when I quickly close the window by going to the top right corner, I end up closing the application behind it. Very irritating! :mad2:

Every once in awhile, IE decides to open up all new windows REALLY small...like a single pixel in size. I can maximize them by right clicking, but still a big PITA. Sometimes a restart will fix it, sometimes not. It happens every couple of months or so. If I don't have any IE windows open, the first will open full screen. Any additional windows will be super small. Any ideas why this happens?
