UGH! I hate having to call customer service places.
Cingulars is like the WORST I have EVER dealt with. It took me calling like 4 times for someone to help me and to realize that they are freakin morons!
Don't get me wrong, I work in customer service stuff, and I hate when people get bitchy with me, but sometimes it's like you just talk to the stupidest people and have to repeat yourself like 5 times in one conversation and it's just gets to you.
And then no matter what I say they repeat the same thing to each question, it's like dude, I heard you the first freakin time.
It's like I could understand not knowing the answer to something and having to put the person on hold and asking a manager or something, I do that time to time. No harm but just straight out being stupid is annoying....

now I have to go call people back about their mortgages and get yelled at from them....:angry:
