It's because they are always on your back to work hard(er). This allows the company to make more money. Which is a Good Thing(tm).

The usual problem with bosses is that they know less than the people working for them. To compensate for an inadequate mental capacity they like to beat down on all the grunts and peons just for fun. I know I like to http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/smile.gif.

Naa see the problem is that most bosses don't remember how their old bosses treated them. I always try to remember how I felt when the boss threw stuff on me and expected me to do it all. Plus it helps that I still have a boss above me. Not that the employees can go complain to...he would just laugh.
