i'm in, but every time i do fantasy basketball, all it does is show me how little i actually know about the NBA... blah...

oh, and i'd prefer a live draft.

Hehehe, I've never done the live draft style either. Looks like we'll all be on a level playing field since we all are pretty new at this.

yes, but you just might get stuck with crappy players

yeah, that's why you pre-rank your players.

if not, then it'll pick automatically for you, based on default pre-rankings. but that's dangerous, cuz the system doesn't attempt to make sure all your positions are filled properly.

a friend of mine couldn't make the draft last year and ended up with like 6 point guards...

btw raimin,

just read your msg, keep the draft time. it's ok. there's always gonna be a time when someone can't quite make it.

My friend missed his (non-G|A) fantasy basketball live draft, and he ended up with 5 point guards. Payton and Jason Williams were his top two picks according to his pre-rankings. :heh: Needless to say, he doesn't know much about basketball and never fares well in fantasy sports.

yeah, i totally forgot about the draft too, and i didn't even pre-rank because i totally forgot about that too. oh well... we shall see what comes of this... :)

had to drive someone to airport, to totally forgot about the draft

scoring is total points you receive based on each category...if you lead the league in rebounds, you get most points, 1-8
there are 9 categories max points possible is 72 points, min points is 9
