Anonymous Surfing ??

Can you people recommend some good anonymous surfing services? I know many need it in their offices to surf. I don't mind whether it's an application or web-based -- whichever will give me a faster connection. I just need something that will prevent any traces of sites I visit. Free would be nice, but I'm willing to pay a bit if the service is good. BTW, I've tried anonymizer, but their service seems a bit unstable. I keep getting locked out...
