View Full Version : With all the pregnancies out here right now, I have been hesitant to post this

My friend Kathryn is 27 weeks pregnant (3rd pregnancy, first was a single, 2nd was twins, and both pregnancies were early) and last night started having contractions. They had stopped today and so she is waiting til her appointment on Monday to see the doctor. She called and they said if they didn't stop or if they got worse to come to the ER. Anyway, she's scared to death and needs thoughts and prayers too. It seems to be going around right now, the need for thoughts and prayers. :(

Good luck to your friend. Tell her to drink lots of water and put her feet up.

sheesh. don't tell me that jenny. we've only got 6 weeks to go....

Her contractions quit on Saturday. She saw the dr on Monday and everything is fine. No evidence that contractions did anything to cause any problems (such as thinning her out, dilate, etc). So... :)

You know that is just good advise for all of us to take.
