commercial actors

i think there are two current commercials that have the same pale-faced male actor:
quizno's and FedEx
anyone know what commercials I'm talking about?

i don't think i've seen current commercials that have the SAME actor in them... for different products that is. (not like carrot top in those phone call commercials)

A couple years ago, there was some middle aged balding guy who was in at least 4 national commericals at the same time. I don't remember the products, but he was a construction worker in a headache commercial, a gangster in some commercial, a fast-food commerical and another one that I don't even remember the product. It was weird. He had a big nose, balding, heavy and had a NY/NJ accent.

i'm guessing you won't count this, but michael jordan was in all kinds of commercials at the same time. mcdonald's, hanes, nike, gatorade, etc. shaquille o'neal has radio shack and nestle crunch commercials. i'm guessing you mean strictly commercial actors though... in which case it's not all that surprising that some would double up, because that's their livelihood.

You're talking about Joe Narciso. He used to work with me at my current company and did the acting on the side. Eventually he got laid off with downsizing and now does the acting full time. He's also the voice in the Olive Garden commercials.

Anyone see the one with that guy talking about the Ford van with the different seats and other features? Boy, is he a dork!!

TV commercials certainly have their share of wimpy emasculated guys.

One of my girlfriends friends has been in a few commercials lately. Have you seen that one for Dockers where the 3 guys are going to a party and then roll the Bronco they are in, with sodas splashing all over the place and they land in the back yard of the party they are going to? They all get out of the truck and someone says "Nice pants" to the guy who is wearing the stain- resistant dockers. That dude's name is Dustin and he went to UCSD with my girlfriend.

He's also in a Wendy's 6 dollar burger commercial, and supposedly in a Verizon commerical that is about to come out. My girlfried believes he has "the look" of an actor who isn't straight out handsome, but good looking in a "everyday Joe" type of way :shrug:

i should note that i hate those fedex commercials. they're stupid, and not even funny, imo.

but that's awesome that a normal dude got his break doing that. you can make MAJOR BANK doing commercials (a friend of mine, who used to be a producer, had one of her actresses gone for one day to do a VOICE OVER in a disney commercial. her face wasn't even in it. the woman made like $50k for a day of work.
