ME too. I just found out that 3 laptops that I ordered from Dell are not going to work because they don't have serial ports. Doh!

USB to serial adapter... if it exists, would that work? Good thing we're working with Pentium II laptops that thrive on serial connections... go with the dinosaurs! ;)

Actually I meant parallel. There are USB to Parallel cables but so far I haven't been able to find one that isn't the centronix end. Actually I am not sure if it is going to work anyways because the only reason that we would need the parallel port is for a hardware security device for some software. I am not sure if the software is smart enough to recognize the USB to Parallel conversion.
