The Line At Bank of America

Man, the line at the bank today was horrible. I stood in line for well over an hour. Crap, there were 15 counters at that bank, but only four of them were open. After 30mins of waiting two of the tellers left, so now there were just two open counters out of 15. The line was so bad that there were no room inside the bank, so the line was extended to the outside. I have never seen such a big line just for banking. Man, that bank really needs to hire more people. There's ALWAYS a big line there.

It all set up so you will want to use their ATMs. Works pretty good for me unless I want to get a cashier's check or replace a lost card :0(

Screw BofA I'm dropping my account there and moving my money to Washington Mutual. It took them two weeks to clear a check from a well known bank that I deposited and that bounced all my checks for that month. http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif $2 dollars for depositing cash when the ATM's are down, give me a break!

You should try the one near my university. That one REALLY sucks! I did not use my account for nearly a six months and I forgot the Account number. I called into the bank and they said they couldn't give the account number out over the phone and asked me to come in. So, naturally I went in an they specifically told me "Sorry we are too busy signing new customers up for accounts. Please come back another time." I decided to go back in the afternoon. Same stuff. They turned me away again. I tried going back for three days straight and each time they rejected me for the same reason. What kind of Customer service is this? A simple two minute job taking nearly four days to complete?
