Major Suckage: KBKids and PayPal

KBKids says an order will be received in 4-9 days. Well, it's been 7 days, they haven't shipped. Customer service hasn't responded to my email (over 2 days) and phone support told me "add 72 hours to our original estimate, so just add 4 days to the 4-9".

More anger, PayPal restricted my account for posting one unsolicited message on usenet. My money is on hold indefinetly. I have filed an 'appeal' that has been over a week with no response. Called their customer service, they say there are no front office phone numbers and no way to call their "appeal department". I'm not a lawyer, but I wonder about the legality of a bank-like instiution (I believe they offer atm cards and checkbooks now) holding my cash. Oh well, enough ranting. Thanks for hearing me out.

The message was something like this:
Subject:
Free CD
Message:
If you sign up for paypal under this link: http://whatever
I will send you a free cd by mail (it's a dreamcast boot loader cd). Just send email to sinioutlaw with subject "Free CD" and your mailing address. I will only ship to people who have completed the registration process fully (verification).

Then a bunch of people said I was a scam artist, etc and I responded to them (not kindly, but not profane or anything). Then I guess one of those guys reported me to PayPal. I never received any referal bonus from this post, and I was intending to ship out the cds (I figured it would cost me about a $1 and five mins to make and ship each one). I even posted a retraction in a reply to my own message, I said "This offer is no longer available". Oh well, now PayPal has like $200 of mine from my Ebay auctions. Maybe they have the right to cancel my account, but to hold my money like this is ridiculous. Maybe I should report them to the Better Business Beauru or something. Sorry for the rant, but I'm am really ticked off about this.
