Beverage alcohol companies have to follow the laws to the letter or else the BATF will fine them heavily or worse. States will not allow certain types of promotions and such so they have to put a disclaimer in there. Whether or not they send you the item if you wish to participate is another matter as they farm such promotions out to a third party to fulfill that promotion.

I've got to send an email to a friend of mines to see if he has any freebies that he could send me. Last time, he sent me a lady's Fossil watch with the Guinness logo on the face, some shirts and stuff. My wife doesn't like to wear watches nor does she like to drink alcohol so the watch is sitting in a closet collecting dust. Anyone want it?
