Pricelist Software

Hey, my dad does wholesale business and he creates pricelists based on the merchandise he sells. The info on the pricelist includes a descirption of the item, sub-category, pricing and a few pictures to make it look pretty. I first made the pricelist for him in word, using columns. It came out pretty professional but now its a pain to add items because of the alignment of columns, moving items down etc.

Is there any software that anyone can recommend that will help be form a pricelist with most or all of those options. Thanks for any recommendations.

Use Excel!!! You should have it already if you have the Office Suite and it does this type of thing very easily. Adding a row or column, you just right-click on the head column or row that you want the additional column placed in and then click on 'Insert' and, wa-la, new column or row. You can also place lines and stuff in there to separate the rows and columns and stuff. Adding pictures is almost as easy as it is in Word.
