If it were acceptable at my house I would even shave my leg/arm hair, but as it stands I just shave the more...uh...personal hair.

Yeah I really perfer it too, I just want to get rid of the rest of it, but as it stands I'd have odd questions asked. Y'know. Really glad to be rid of the arm pit hair.

My bad, didn't see that thread. Course I didn't look...Meh. I can't be required to search everything before I post. Too much work. That thread has a lot people saying that straight guys that shave are homosexuals. Wow lots of closed minds that-a-way!

I think it's more trouble than what it's worth. I don't even like shaving my face, why would I want to shave everything...that would take far too long. I only shave my face because it feels weird if I don't and i'd look like a hobo with a full beard. I dunno, I'm pretty busy, the less maintenance the better.

How bad for me is weekly chemo?

I shave the chest. It is way too bushy for my taste. As for the rest, I would not mind not having a single hair on my body, exept for the eyebrows and eyelashes. But I'm not going to bother with that much shaving. Too much like work.

Sorry, didn't mean to jump on you. I just think most people around here are a little touchy when it comes to reposts.

Dude, I don't know about shaving, but people look at me funny when I tell them I shampoo my pubes.

I don't see what's wrong with that...I mean, it's good to stay cleansed as best you can...I shampoo my pubes :D Why neglect the fella downstairs just because the majority of people only see the hair upstairs?

I've trimmed pretty short a few times....I dunno about completely shaving though.

You HAVE to manscape. The bar has been raised. Once a chick experiences a well groomed man downstairs she wont go back, she will make all her new aquaintances shave. So love it or leave it.

My hair is soft and gentle, and it gives a woman something else to play and fiddle and tease with. After all, what's a climax without the rising action? :D

MANSCAPE... With which come the requisite weed whacker and hedge trimmer jokes. Once we start talking about roto-tillers, I'm out of here.

Dude, because I read this post, I tried combing out my lawn last night. It's the first time I've ever had a comb get stuck. It broke a couple of teeth. Oh well.

LOL, why would you comb down there? You would need some kind of hair straightener, and even then, whats the point?

dude, i've seen rastafarians with straighter hair than my pubes. I'd just like to see some of the skin underneath my hair once.

Hey, I recommend a shave at least once (though it won't be fun cause you get irritated) it's only good after a while though. I like it.

I have been completely shorn a number of times due to competitive swimming...it took forever and itched like hell when it grew back in. Not something I would want to do on a regular basis. Although you can easily trim a couple of areas without shaving it to look more kempt.

what's a trim like? you keep it just barely above your skin? a half inch, full inch?

Nija

I shave down there once a week, and have done so for the last almost 3 years. I've let it grow out a couple of times (stopped shaving for like 2.5 months, cause I was depressed, and not looking for some nookie) and it never gave me any itching problems, after the first few times I shaved. maybe the itching is a more YMMV thing than anything

Airencracken

Yeah, after the first couple of times I haven't had any itching problems either.

I got my husband to shave his rocks and now he loves it not to mention a little trim by the base will make the ladies more willing to give

I agree with you guys, if you do it once a week the itching goes away after a while. I think it is totally worth it to shave, my girlfriends have all appreciated it. I think it is only fair, cause if she didn't shave down there, I wouldn't be going down there.
