WOW had it's flaws, but in general it was cool because the wrestlers/models/actresses were fan friendly and you could rub elbows with them. The storylines and gimmicks were lame. I'll give you that, and when they pushed the sex over teh wrestling that was their downfall. They lost their core group of fans. But Slam Dunk I liked :) And Riot too. I was on WOW TV a few times as we went to two tapings :)

depends on what, bench or curl?

bench i haven't maxed out in about 2 years

as of now i do 4 sets
decline bench
1st set 12 reps of 185
2nd set 10 reps of 205
3rd set 10 reps of 225
4th set 8 reps of 250

then i repeat the same thing with straight bench and incline

as for curls i finish off my 4th set with 125 at 8 reps

i don't do power lifting squats, so i dunno my max, i do squats once a week, although i hit my legs twice a week. i do 2 plates on each side plus the bar for three sets of 12 and then add another plate on each side and do 10 reps.

i can almost predict your last question so i'll just answer it, i don't stop at a 90 degree angle, i go as low as possible but my ass doesn't touch the floor, i pause and i go back up

nah it's all good wrap em and they're fine, i did a stupid thing back in the day and used to do a lil over a thousand pounds on the 45 degree leg press, that ****ed up my knees, they were cracking all over the place when i would walk, sit, etc, so i had to lay off that and running for quite a while:(
