Yes, they suck big time. Install was on 7/13 and they still can't get the line up. ARGH, @!#$@#$ dialup is killing me. Get your act together.
I've waited on hold for 7 hours now in the last two weeks. Their own tech waited on hold for 2 hours when he was here at my place doing the install (we watched "The Matrix" together in its entirety while on hold). They still can't figure out how to get the line up or whose fault it is. They suck so hard it's genuinely amazing. I would love to get my hands on the person(s) responsible. I would roll my HP OfficeJet printer into an approximate cone shape and shove it where the sun don't shine. Then I'd string him up in front of our house with CAT5 cabling as a warning to all incompetent businesses. Yes, and my neighbors' kids would all pelt him with raisins and other nondairy products. Oh yes...
