Use the $50 coupon code...even with the student edition you can use the $50 coupon.

They've said that before, and I've never had a rebate from Office Max refused. I guess there's always a first time, so we'll see if this one goes through.

Student and Teacher version no longer available online. Good thing mine just arrived an hour ago! :D
BTW, I noticed MS has kind of "liberalized" their academic policy. Now it can be purchased by anyone who has a student or teacher in the household and is licensed for noncommercial use on up to 3 computers.

Got an email today from OM telling me that the corporate office is not allowing them to honor any additional coupon on top of the discount on the package.
Brings the price on the deal up by $30, #40 or $50 depending on which coupon you used. :angry:

Well, I got $30 off now rather than $50 off later. It's a fair trade. That's not going to stop me from sending in my rebate form and hoping for the best.
