Is this oil any good? I use Mobil 1 for my car. Although for parent's older car...maybe.

I already stopped at Wal-Mart and grabbed mine. It has to be better than that cheapie Wal-Mart brand I've been using...

it'll definitely be cheaper than mobil 1

it's like 19 bucks for 5 qts of mobil 1....and if it's 12 bucks for maxlife...might be worth it for your parent's car.

This is decent stuff. I can't rationalize Moble 1 for my 88 Integra (165k), since it uses oil, but Maxlife quiets the engine a few db for much longer than most non synthetics I've used.

Hey, I got my rebate after only two weeks! I haven't even used the oil yet.

never got my rebate - taped the damn rings to the 3x5 card and everything.

Guess who's oil I'm NOT buying in the future????
