A manager of a Albertsons told me about it yesterday. He said the strikers out here in L.A. aren't too bad, but the ones in OC and San Diego are pretty hostile.

Hopefully it all gets resolved before more stuff happens.

i just switched supermarkets.. and get my stuff at 99 ranch market

I heard that this guy tried to run over some of the strikers on his way out of the parking lot. Still doesn't justify it, but there is still more to know about the story that the article doesn't point out.

me 2, but have you stepped into a 99 lately? even they are affected by this.

we just got back from 99 to do some food shopping, and all the vegetables/fruits are not of the usual freshness. it was very slim pickens!

There are many Vietnamese/Chinese and Korean supermarkets around O.C. so we don't have to worry.

too bad their has to be violence over what should be a peaceful strike, but it's not surprising. some tempers are hotter than others and they flair up.

No kidding, "Fair, Accurate, Balanced" and most news report really have nothing to do with each other. If someone tried to run over my hommies, he's get a bat to the head too.:bash:
