AOL Address book to Outlook Express

I'm getting rid of AOL but i would like to move my address book to outlook express. Is there any easy way of doing this without having to type each address one at a time.

I haven't used AOL in ages, but see if you can export your address book into some kind of text file or better yet, a .pst file. I think Outlook Express can import .csv, text, .pst and a few other file formats...if you can't export your AOL address book, you may have to retype them all :-/
